No. TMC services are based on a month to month agreement.
Price plans have a base monthly fee and a certain number of included live operator minutes. This base fee for each plan includes our entire suite of features bundled together. TMC charges a flat monthly rate and will notify you of minute usage daily so there are no surprises when you get your monthly bill.
No. TMC does not believe in nickel and diming our customers. Unlike most call centers, TMC only bills for operator call handling time. If your script requires us to transfer (patch) calls directly to you or your team members, there will be no additional per minute or per call fees. Once we have successfully connected you with your callers you are no longer being billed.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email notification with your transfer to number and all other needed information for us to start taking your calls.
Yes all operators are USA based.
All live answering accounts are billed in 30 second increments.
We bill by the minute but based on our minute packages.
The overage per minute charge is $1.50 per minute.
Yes, there’s multiple ways to track your minutes. You can track minutes by reviewing our daily report that is sent to your contact email. We can also call or text you with minute updates when you reach 20 minutes.
Yes, you can order custom toll free or vanity numbers.
There is a one time charge of $75 to order a vanity toll free or local number.
